Supporting documentation

In the first stages of this project, VISES assembled information on microeconomic, macroeconomic and disease-based studies of the impact of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) on worker attendance and productivity, as well as the prevalence and incidence of NCDs in six APEC economies: Australia, China, Malaysia, Peru, Philippines and the USA. Background papers reviewed the literature and information available was gathered for each country. An extensive bibliography was compiled for each country and data assembled.
